What file types are included?

Most products include 3MF and/or STEP files. Specific file types included will always be listed in the product description.

Do you sell physical products?

No. All products sold on this website are digital download files only. No physical item will be shipped.

How do I access my files after purchase?

Digital files are available for download immediately after payment is completed. You will also receive a download link by email.

Custom Order Exception

Custom digital orders are created specifically for each customer and are not available for immediate download.

Custom order files are typically completed and delivered within 5–7 business days after all request details and inspiration files have been submitted. Once completed, customers will receive their files digitally through the email or download method provided at checkout.

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

Commercial use depends on the specific product and license included. Please review each listing description carefully before purchase.

Can I resell or share the digital files?

No. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, copied, or uploaded to any other platform unless explicitly stated in the product license.

What printers are these files compatible with?

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Custom digital design requests may be available depending on availability. Please contact us before purchasing if you have a custom request.
